Number and identity of guests:

Please inform Apartamentos Serinamar the number of people on the reservation. Unless otherwise agreed with Apartamentos Serinamar you will only be allowed to use the apartment for the number of guests declared when the booking was made. The number of people who may use the apartment may not exceed the capacity of each apartment booked, except for children under two years of age.No animals are permitted without the express permission of Apartamentos Serinamar. In the event of any breach of the above obligations, Apartamentos Serinamar in its sole discretion has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client is not entitled to claim any compensation.

Behavior

Note that the terms and conditions of Apartamentos Serinamar with respect to disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in one of our apartments should know that if another tenant´s complaint or a neighbour and / or the police are called, may result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night.The holder of the reservation accepts on this verification form, that he/she will be responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of all the guests accompanying him/her. If that person or any other guest belonging to the same reservation do not behave properly or correctly, Apartamentos Serinamar shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying to leave the apartment without the right to claim any compensation.This will also result in the loss of prepaid rent and refundable security deposit. Also, note that by booking with Apartamentos Serinamar you already accepted our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by these rules.It is expected to sign these rules upon check-in on the day of arrival.QUIET TIME: every day from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.Thank you for help and cooperation on this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these apartments are located in residential buildings where people live.The night time to rest for the neighbour must be respected.

* Obligatory uses of good neighbourhood.
* Prohibited high levels of noise within the rest time (rest time is from 10:00 pm – 10:00am)
* Respect the rules established in the swimming pool areas.
* Deposit rubbish only in the designated places
* No smoking inside the property
* The use of drugs is not tolerated
The occupants are responsible for direct or indirect damages that occur due to the misuse of the apartment

DEPARTURE TIME: 10:00h. If you extend this time, there will be additional charges.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: It implies a temporary retention during your stay of 400€ and 550€ if your reservation
is accompanied by your pets.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You cannot exceed the one described in your reservation.
KEYS: Never leave them in the lock and thus avoid additional locksmith costs.
WASHING MACHINE: Open the drum door after the sound and/or after 2 minutes to avoid damage.
TERRACE: Do not close the doors of the terrace while being outside. There is a risk of getting locked.
A/C: Air conditioning system works as follows:

• Summer: Press the button ❆ to a maximum of 21 ° C
• Winter: Press the button ☼ to a maximum of 28 ° C

Property Damage

Apartamentos Serinamar is not responsible for any direct or indirect incident that may arise as a result of the wrong use of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fire, theft, flood or criminal behaviour.In case of breach of the above obligations, Solutions Serinamar SL in its sole discretion has the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client is not entitled to any claim or compensation.
